As per the guidelines of "The Environment Impact Notification" of Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India, dated 14th September, 2006 - 'Any person or Company who desires to undertake the new project for expansion or modernization of any industry or project enlisted in schedule of the notification, requires to submit an application to the Secretary, Ministry of Environment & Forests,New Delhi or State Level enviornment impact authority of State, in the prescribed proforma to be accompanied by the project report. Environmental Impact Assessment report including environmental management plan & details of public hearing. The project report has to be prepared in accordance with the guidelines issued by Central Government in the Ministry of Environment & Forests to get Environmental Celarac.
